Valerie Viosca, L.Ac.

Valerie Viosca is a licensed acupuncturist and holistic healthcare practitioner based in New Orleans, LA and Pensacola, FL. Her passion for natural medicine began in 1995 after a snowboarding injury led her to discover the powerful effects of acupuncture—an experience that shaped her lifelong commitment to healing.

She completed her early studies at the University of New Orleans and the University of New Mexico, later graduating from The Scherer Institute of Natural Healing in 1997. Valerie refined her clinical skills through an apprenticeship with Dr. Jeffrey Dann, Ph.D., L.Ac., gaining hands-on experience in Japanese bodywork, moxibustion, and acupuncture.

She went on to earn a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College, completing nearly 3,000 hours of training and clinical practice. Her advanced training includes sports medicine acupuncture, orthopedic acupuncture, dry needling, craniosacral therapy, point injection therapy, and yoga therapeutics.

Valerie has over 20 years of experience as a yoga educator and holds a 500-hour E-RYT certification through Yoga Alliance. She is NCCAOM certified, CCAOM certified in clean needle technique, and licensed in Louisiana, Florida, and Colorado.

Known for her clinical expertise and results-driven care, Valerie works with a diverse clientele, including professional athletes and performers, helping patients recover, perform, and thrive.

Dr. Changwei Li, MD, PhD, MPH, L.Ac.

Dr. Changwei Li is a licensed acupuncturist and integrative healthcare practitioner in Louisiana, combining advanced training in both conventional medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. Certified by the NCCAOM, he offers a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to care.

Dr. Li specializes in acupuncture for pain management, facial paralysis, fatigue, hypertension, prediabetes, and internal conditions, as well as supportive care for breech presentation. He is particularly skilled in helping patients who continue to experience symptoms without clear diagnoses through conventional medicine.

Dr. Shen Kang “Martin” Fu, L.Ac., DOM

Dr. Fu is a licensed acupuncturist in Louisiana and Texas, with advanced training in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine. He holds doctoral and master’s degrees in TCM and is a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine through the NCCAOM.

With clinical experience as a Western medical doctor in China, Dr. Fu brings a uniquely integrative approach to care, combining acupuncture and herbal medicine to enhance treatment outcomes.

He specializes in pain management, gynecological conditions, infertility, neurological recovery (including stroke and Bell’s palsy), and neuropsychiatric disorders such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, and addiction.

Dr. Fu is committed to patient-centered care that bridges Eastern and Western medicine to support optimal health and healing.
